Due to health measures, a few aspects of your stay with us this year will be a little different than usual. But we assure you, we will do our very best to guarantee you a carefree, safe and wonderful holiday.

Better cancelation options
Dear guests,
since 05 March, 2022 proof is no longer required.
To give you more security in your vacation planning, we guarantee a free cancellation or rebooking of your already made reservation and all new bookings until 1 day before arrival in summer 2022 in case a stay is not possible due to the following official measures:
- our hotel is closed by the authorities or the place is closed by the authorities.
- the borders to Austria are closed and it is not possible to enter the country for vacation purposes.
For all other reasons of cancellation, the following general cancellation rules apply, with which we offer a free cancellation of your booking up to 30 days before arrival.
Specifically, this means for you in case of cancellation:
- up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
- 29 to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee of the travel price
- and from 6 days and in case of no-show 90% cancellation fee of the travel price
Our Tip: European travel insurance
With travel insurance you save unnecessary costs when unforeseen events occur. We recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance, which you can also book online!

proof is required for entry into Austria. Nevertheless, please inform yourself

Since June 01, 2022, the obligation to wear masks for children and adults has been lifted in all areas in Austria.
