Booking Conditions
Reservations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines, excepted cancellation guidelines (Cancellations only valid in writing!):
- Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
- 29 to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee from the tour pric
- From 6 days and in case of no-show 90% cancellation fee of the travel price
Bookings must be accompanied by a 20% deposit.
Holiday cancellation insurance saves you having to worry about
unnecessary costs associated with unforeseen events. We recommend

The earliest you will be able to check into your room will be 3 p.m. Please vacate your room on departure day by 10 a.m.. Bathrobes are provided for you in your room.
The safe is located in your wardrobe. use of the safe is included in your room price.
Please settle your bill prior to departure. We are happy to accept credit- as well as bank cards.
We ask that you notify us of your intent to bring animals at the same time you place your booking. Please only bring small pets. Price per day is € 20.- food not included. Your four-legged friend is not permitted in the dining room or lounge areas.
